Why can only one test be "active" at a time?
Having several "active" tests would just be greedy!
More seriously, it's better to get conclusive results on one test before starting another, it takes a little while for the ratings to accumulate and spreading them across several tests would slow things down.
To get results faster, rate more bonsai and increase your rating balance.
